FREE SHIPPING on orders of $150 or more!
Our default shipping method for U.S. orders is USPS Media Mail*
  • Orders up to $25 = Flat rate $5.95
  • $25.01 to 149.99 = Flat rate $7.95
  • $150+ = Free Media Mail

We add tracking to all orders at no additional charge to you.

*Media mail

Media mail is the postal service's lowest priority mail class. The USPS delivery time for media mail is generally from 5-10 days. There is no guarantee on delivery time however, and on rare occasions we have seen packages take up to four weeks.

We put tracking on all of our packages, but media mail is not insured and has no delivery time guarantee.

Because of its strict requirements as to what constitutes media mail, the USPS can make random inspections of the contents of media mail packages. This can significantly slow the delivery time of your order.

If you are in need of faster, guaranteed delivery times and/or insurance, we recommend selecting UPS Ground or Priority Mail, both of which are insured.

Priority Mail and UPS Ground Shipping

If you prefer expedited and insured shipping, select either Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
If you are placing a large order, we strongly suggest that you select Priority Mail or UPS Ground, both of which include insurance in case of loss or damage.

Tracking
When we ship your order you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to the delivery service. We recommend that you sign up for delivery updates on the USPS or UPS websites so that you are aware of your order's progress, and any delays. You will receive an automated email from RC History when your package has been delivered. Once we have handed over the package to the USPS or UPS we cannot be responsible for delivery delays, damages, or lost shipments. We can to assist you in placing service requests with the carrier. We cannot reship an order at our expense unless it was insured via Priority Mail or UPS.

Back Orders

If any items on your order are out of stock and we expect to have them in stock within 7 business days, we will hold your order and ship it together. If the out of stock items will not be in available within 7 business days of your order, we will ship your order and send the back ordered items separately when they are in stock at no extra cost to you. Our policy is to ship back ordered items via media mail. If you need your items more quickly please contact us to make arrangements.
Many publishers are having difficulty with their book inventories and shipments due to lack of workers and an international paper shortage. Although we keep a large inventory and most books arrive to us in time, there have been more delays than usual. We are doing our best to keep up with inventory and order fulfillment given the current circumstances. We update our website when books become unavailable for extended periods of time.

Order Cancellation
If you decide to cancel an order before it is shipped we will charge a 3% cancellation fee to cover our credit card processing cost.

Missing or Damaged Materials
When your order arrives please compare the contents of your package to the enclosed packing slip to ensure that everything is correct. If any items are missing or damaged it is your responsibility to contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Contacting us past this time may result in no refunds or replacements. International Orders

Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Rates are calculated by weight and shipping method.

Canadian orders are shipped by Fed Ex Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
Border duties and taxes are your responsibility
. We have no control over these costs. We do mark the packages as Educational Materials which we're told can lower the cost of these fees.


All other international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and their sub-contractors.

We do not charge shipping on overseas orders at the time of purchase. We calculate the most economical rate based on the size and weight of your order then email an invoice to you for the actual cost.
Ant border duties and taxes are your responsibility.
